October 18, during the centennial celebrations of the National Council of YMCAs of China, Mr. Jiang Jianyong, Vice Minister of the State Administration of Religious Affairs and Ms. Ma Yuhong, Chief Director of the Second Department of the State Administration of Religious Affairs met with Dr. Cecil Chan, President of Chinese YMCA of Hongkong and Mr. Karl Lau, General Secretary of Chinese YMCA of Hongkong.
