Bishop Ting Kuang-hsun, our outstanding leader of Protestant Churches in China went home to be with the Lord on November 22 in Nanjing at the age of 98.

In his young age, Bishop Ting served as the secretary of the student department in Shanghai YMCA from 1942 to 1945, holding deep attachment to the YMCA career. During his lifetime, Bishop Ting was deeply concerned about the healthy development of YMCA, YWCA of China. Hearing the news that Bishop passed away, the National Council of YMCAs and YWCAs of China immediately issued a message of condolences to TSPM and CCC, expressing our grief to our be-loving Bishop Ting.
